Smile Friday - The “Yep, I’m still in my bathrobe at 8:30 on a Friday” edition
Jason and I feel pretty blessed that throughout our lives we had families that provided for and supported us and that now as adults, we are fortunate enough to have the means to afford most of the “things” we want. But stuff is just stuff, right? It breaks or goes out of fashion. So for Jason’s birthday, I wanted to give him an experience. Part of that is yet to come, but today, we both took the day off work and will be doing lots of fun stuff. On the docket for sure is visiting the boat show at the convention center, a late lunch at Raleigh Times, and perhaps a museum visit and other shenanigans downtown. Wherever our hearts take us today is where you can find me.
