ask me a question

about me

Hello there, you lucky person! Welcome to my brain. You've stumbled upon my collection of thoughts on fashion, beauty, marriage, fashion and life. Pour some (sweet) tea (vodka) and kick up your feet. I hope you enjoy poking around the site.

Who am I you ask? I'm a southern woman trying to navigate her way through life. I am married with one dog and when I have a free moment it's spent with fashion(!), family, friends, or fried food.

I'm a happy wife with a mostly sunny and slightly sarcastic outlook on life.

On this Sunday, I’m enjoying

  • Visiting with my Grandparents in town for Thanksgiving
  • Sales. Specifically, cashmere sweaters that are half off and then another 25% off.
  • Jason shaved his beard. How do you spell skin irritation? W-H-I-S-K-E-R-S.
  • Cleaning my bathroom. I don’t normally enjoy this, but today it’s giving me a strange sense of accomplishment.
  • Business ideas floating around my head.
  • I finally bought our Thanksgiving turkey! It was hard finding a 22-pounder that can feed at least 14 people.
  • It looks like it might rain tonight. Cozy.

What are you enjoying on your Sunday afternoon/evening?
