Ever since seeing Blake Lively rock some sequined leggings, I have been thinking about when and where I would or could wear such a thing. To work? Nope. Out? To flashy for Raleigh. Pretty much no where… except for possibly on New Year’s Eve… or whenever I go to the MTV movie awards, but who even knows what I’ll be doing then or where I’ll be doing it.
