Things that stop me in my tracks
1. ruffly things - It doesn’t matter whether it’s a dress or a tablecloth. I’ve even been known to peruse the bed skirt section of department stores just for fun.

I’m a Goop freak, too! I’ve done the Detox and the butt workout. Next on my reading list is Life of Pi.
I’ve also gotten several of my friends riding on the Goop train.

True Love
Is when your husband goes outside into the freezing cold to scrape off your car so you can drive safely to work tomorrow while you sit inside and eat all his chips.
Jason: Please don't eat all my chips.
Me: (looking into the chip bag) Hmm, we didn't really get that many chips in this bag.
...a few minutes later...
Me: I think we need to buy you some more chips.
Jason: (eye roll)
Now, we're off to The Point for the last bit of snow frolicking and wheat beer drinking we can squeeze in while we would normally be at work.
It snowed all night and day. Now, the melting process has already begun. You were fun while you lasted, snow.

Simon and Piggy, separated at birth
While watching American Idol, I couldn’t help but notice that Simon looks a lot like my 6 year old brother’s guinea pig, Piggy.

Exhibit B:
Piggy has the same hair, button nose, and rosy cheeks. Obviously the hair do is the most distinguishing feature, but nonetheless, I can help but wonder if they were brothers...
Who wants to be on my Trivial Pursuit team?
Approximately 7-10% of the US population is lefthanded. (my momma included)
But, almost 20% of American presidents have been left handed (B.H.O included).
Is there something awesome about lefty’s that they aren’t telling us righty’s?

And another thing
Tonight, I went bowling. For the first time in my life, I broke 100 and scored a magnificent 101. Believe it or not, this tied me for first place, but it was an accomplishment for the ages if you ask me.
I'm a sneaky wife
My husband is really bad about reusing his bath towels. I mean, you can seriously use them more than once. Who’s with me? So, in doing my little part to save the environment, I’ll hang up his once used towel to dry and at the end of the day I re-fold the dry towel and put it back in the linen closet.
mwahaha!
